Oliver Schulte
Responsible for card processing, payment, publishing, information technology, software development, payment transactions, ATM operations, regulatory affairs, cross-sectional processes and business development
Oliver Schulte has been a member of the Management Board since July 2024. Most recently, he was Managing Director of a leading global asset manager in Germany.
Oliver Schulte has more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry, including over 15 years in the area of payment transactions for private and corporate customers. In addition to ensuring smooth operations, his focus is on innovation, business development and the successful design and implementation of transformation processes.
Jens-Simon Vogt
Responsible as CFO for finance, risk management and ZAG regulation
Jens-Simon Vogt has been a member of the Management Board since July 2024. Since 2022, he has been responsible for the Finance division as Chief Representative within the VÖB-ZVD Processing.
He also represents the CFO division in the German business of Deutsche Bank's corporate bank as Managing Director. In his career to date, he has also actively supported a large number of global strategy and transformation projects.
