For more than 20 years, we have been handling the routing, verification and authorisation of transactions with bank customer cards. Having started out as a pure association head office for public banks, we are now an open-minded card processing service provider for anyone who would like to work with us.

Our transaction platform is designed for high availability and provides all important interfaces to national and international payment transaction systems and other partners in order to design the products your customers want together with you.

Online disposition at the account

This gives us the opportunity to always be able to authorise on your customer's current credit limit.

Substitute authorisation

If online disposition is not possible on the account, we can carry out a substitute authorisation on the basis of corresponding specifications. You will then be informed so that the credit limit can be updated.

Fraud-Management

If required, we can monitor online the transactions made with your bank customer cards and check them for anomalies using fraud detection rules and filters.

Card/account blocking

Of course, blocking individual cards or accounts in the event of theft or loss is no problem. We can also block individual functions (e.g. foreign transactions) for you at any time.

Limit-Management

We offer you the greatest possible flexibility. Whether daily, weekly or PSD2 limits: we can configure the limit rules as flexibly as you wish based on your specifications.

Clearing und Settlement

If required, we generate the following clearing files for you on each banking day:

  • Turnover posting (direct debits and credits)

  • Fee/interchange transfer posting (income and expenses)

  • Transfer posting of currency differences and currency charges (credit or debit entries)

Determining the charge / setting the customer charge

In the current low-interest environment, banking services must be worthwhile for everyone. To support you here, our platform offers a fee control application that allows you to define your own fee scheme.

Thus, for each transaction to be settled, a variable customer fee can be set in the clearing booking records according to your price service list. In addition to the variable customer fee, since the EU price regulation 2019/518 came into force, a currency conversion fee can be set in the form of a percentage exchange rate surcharge to compensate for intraday exchange rate differences.

User Interface for transaction researches

To give you a full overview of your customer data, you can access device, card and transaction data from our online system. This allows you to easily and effortlessly carry out transaction searches in online and archive data and view device, card and account data.

In this way, your customer service is able to answer customer concerns quickly and easily at any time.

Reporting, Bundesbank reports, complaints

Reporting

Whether management statistics or data basis for the preparation of business cases: You need well-founded figures on your card stock - we deliver them to you.

Both monthly standard reporting and short-term evaluations on demand are no problem for us.

Reports to the Bundesbank

In accordance with the Foreign Trade and Payments Ordinance, every financial institution must submit monthly reports to the Deutsche Bundesbank on card transactions or incoming/outgoing payments in cross-border travel.

If required, we can do this for you.

Chargeback/complaints processing

In the context of international ATM and POS transactions, complaints from cardholders to their own house bank can occur from time to time.

We can gladly take over the clarification of these cases and the communication with the international payment schemes for you.
