Welcome to the Pagateq website. In the following, we would like to inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the processing of your personal data as well as your rights.
It goes without saying that we process your personal data exclusively within the framework of the statutory data protection provisions.

2 Data processed in the course of using the website
2.1 Which data is processed for which purpose?
a) Visiting the website
Each time you access content on the website, data is temporarily communicated between your browser and the website server, which may allow identification. The following data is collected in this context:
Date and time of access
IP address
Host name of the accessing computer Website from which the website was accessed
Websites accessed via the website
Page visited on our website
Message as to whether the call was successful
Amount of data transferred
Information on browser type and version used
Operating system
The temporary storage of data is necessary for the course of a website visit in order to enable the delivery of the website. No further storage in log files takes place.
b) Contact form / TLS encryption
If you send us enquiries, e.g. via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up enquiries. We do not pass on this data to third parties. For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content that you send to us, our website uses TLS encryption. This means that data transmitted by you via this website cannot be read by third parties. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the "https://" address line of your browser and the lock symbol in the browser line.
2.2 On what legal basis is this data processed?
The data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) DS-GVO.
2.3 Are there other recipients of the personal data besides the controller?
The website is hosted by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, Germany branch (Marcel-Breuer-Str. 12, D-80807 Munich). The hoster receives the above data as a subcontracted processor.
Note on the use of Google Fonts:
We use Google Fonts on our website. These are fonts published by Google. We have had these fonts embedded locally in our website so that they are not retrieved from the Google server when you visit our website. Your data will therefore not be passed on to Google when you visit our website.
2.4 How long is the data stored?
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended.
In the case of the use of the contact form, the information provided therein is stored for a maximum of 3 years. In the case of the conclusion of a contract, the data is stored until the end of the contractual relationship and the expiry of the corresponding retention periods.
3. data subject rights
3.1 Right to information:
You can request information in accordance with Art. 15 DS-GVO about your personal data that we process.
3.2 Right to object:
You have a right to object on specific grounds (see under point II).
3.3 Right to rectification:
If the information concerning you is not (or no longer) accurate, you can request a correction in accordance with Art. 16 DS-GVO. If your data is incomplete, you can request that it be completed.
3.4 Right to deletion:
You can demand the deletion of your personal data in accordance with Art. 17 DS-GVO.
3.5 Right to restriction of processing:
You have the right under Art. 18 DS-GVO to request restriction of the processing of your personal data.
3.6 Right to complain:
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority of your choice in accordance with Art. 77(1) DS-GVO. This includes the data protection supervisory authority responsible for the controller: State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia, Postfach 20 04 44, 40102 Düsseldorf, 0211/38424-0, poststelle@ldi.nrw.de.
3.7 Right to data portability:
In the event that the requirements of Art. 20 (1) DS-GVO are met, you have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to third parties. The collection of data for the provision of the website is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. They are therefore not based on consent according to Art. 6 (1) (a) DS-GVO or on a contract according to Art. 6 (1) (b) DS-GVO, but are justified according to Art. 6 (1) (f) DS-GVO. The requirements of Art. 20 (1) DS-GVO are therefore not fulfilled.
II. Right of objection pursuant to Art. 21 (1) DS-GVO
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data based on Article 6 (1) (f) DS-GVO on grounds relating to your particular situation. The controller will then no longer process the personal data unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. The collection of data for the provision of the website are mandatory for the operation of the website.
